Villa dell'800 immersa nel paesaggio delle colline toscane, a 30 minuti da San Gimignano e Volterra. Ristrutturato nel 2010 con ogni comfort: l'antico e il moderno si fondono in lusso, rendendolo comodo e funzionale.
Piscina privata con scalinata romana che si tuffa nell'acqua gradualmente.
Al tramonto spesso si possono osservare i caprioli che escono dal bosco per mangiare l'erba dei campi.
Nel paese di Ghizzano, possibilità di visitare la cantina storica di famiglia di fine '600, oggi ristrutturata per ospitare la “Barriccaia” dove maturano i nostri vini Grand Cru della costa toscana.
Davanti alla cantina potrete ammirare il giardino all'italiana del XV secolo che ospita mostre ed esposizioni di artisti di fama internazionale.
A 10 minuti di auto troverete il Campo da Golf di Castelfalfi di 9/18 buche.

Piano terra: grande soggiorno con camino circondato da comodi divani e un meraviglioso pianoforte; sala; ripostiglio (lavanderia), bagno per disabili, cucina molto ben attrezzata, sala da pranzo. I soffitti hanno le volte a crociera e la cucina ha la volta a botte. Si può accedere all'esterno da ogni lato della casa utilizzando le porte che circondano la casa su tutti i lati.
Primo piano: 3 camere matrimoniali (letto matrimoniale), una camera con 2 letti (per 2 persone), 4 bagni di cui uno con vasca, gli altri con doccia, soggiorno con camino, un piccolo ripostiglio per riporre le valigie, ecc. Le decorazioni interne sono molto squisite, tutto è decorato con maestria, i mobili sono tutti antichi. Sono presenti soffitti con travi a vista. Il design del soffitto della casa toscana ha varie forme: intonaco in muratura artificiale, mezzane e travicelli in combinazione con struttura in legno. I pavimenti sono prevalentemente in cotto.

ESTERNI
Fuori dalla sala da pranzo e dalla cucina c'è un grande patio adatto per pranzare all'aperto. Troverete anche il barbecue a vostra disposizione. Da qui si accede alla piscina con scala romana. Meravigliosa vista sulle spettacolari colline che si allungano verso l'orizzonte.
