The staff was very friendly and service was outstanding. Although I didn't use it, the modern laundry facilities are an excellent addition to what most travelers will appreciate.

I was a bit unsettled by the only lock on the door being a deadbolt. No catch for the door handle part, just the deadbolt to close and secure the door. No card reader, etc. But, the room was clean. TV didn't really work well and had no remote. Was also set to Spanish for the language but I got that remedied with the buttons on the TV. Also, the bathroom tub faucet didn't have a handle to operate the water, just a little stuff sticking out. But it worked so I can't complain beyond that. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff was super considerate. All in all, with just a couple of minor tweaks, I'd say this place is potentially a really good place for travelers.

The floor’s needed better cleaning, and there needs to be things like Kleenex, toilet paper holder, local channels on the tv. All little things, but they make a difference. The management was very attentive, and offered my money back, and did give my dog deposit back! I felt they bent over backwards to make us happy!
