Terraced house located in Rades de Abajo just 2 km from Pedraza.
It has 2 floors, the first consists of equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, toaster, electric coffee maker), dining room (fireplace, flat TV, free wifi and a bathroom). The second has the rooms; two with double bed: and one of them with independent bathroom and the other two; one with two single beds and the other with a single bed. And a shared bathroom. We also have a crib.
It has a large patio with barbecue, an ideal space for children.
The villa has beautiful views of the Sierra Segoviana. We have several activities near the accommodation such as: canoeing, hiking, horse riding ...

Casa muy fría
La casa está muy bien salvo porque no funciona la calefacción. Es algo de lo que no te avisan en el anuncio. Te dejan leña para la chimenea y con eso te apañes, porque el dueño al preguntarle a la llegada nos dijo que de eso no entendía y que preguntáramos a su mujer, pero es que la mujer, cuando conseguimos hablar con ella, tampoco supo darnos una solución. Te dice que son acumuladores y que funcionan por la noche. Pero es que encima al día siguiente seguían todos los radiadores fríos, así que tampoco era cierto. De verdad que hemos pasado mucho frío y eso que han sido días de sol. Es una casa grande y en cuanto salías del salón y la chimenea, el contraste era muy grande, por no hablar de la zona de arriba de las habitaciones, que estaba congelada. Es una pena porque la casa está bien, limpia y bien ubicada. Pero es una vergüenza pagar tanto dinero para pasar frío y encima sentir que te toman por tonto.

No podimos disfrutar de la casa
Habíamos cogido la casa para celebrar el cumpleaños de tres amigos con sus respectivas pareja ya que cumplimos los tres los años en el mismo mes y en fechas muy cercanas. Una de las personas cayo enferma y tuvieron que ingresarla en el hospital, hablamos con la agencia para intentar cambiar fechas o devolución del dinero y nos dijeron que era imposible porque faltaba una semana, la solución que nos dieron era hablar con el propietario ya que solamente el podia hacer los cambios. Al hablar con el nos dijo que no podia hacer nada que si no ibamos perdiamos el dinero y que no podia hacer un cambio de fecha cuando la agencia nos habia dicho que solo el dueño podia hacerlo, pero no quiso, al reves lo unico que queria es saber si ibamos a ir o no para poner la casa de nuevo en alquiler, lo que nos demostro es falta de sensibilidad hacia la enfermedad de la persona que estaba ingresada y ninguna gana de buscar una solución para resolverlo.

Un magnífico lugar para desconectar de la ciudad.
Encantadores propietarios. La casa está muy bien equipada y el pueblo invita a la desconexión. A menos de media hora de distancia hay innumerables alternativas de ocio rural

Una pena, demasiado ruido por la casa de al lado.
La casa está muy bien y limpia, los propietarios muy amables, pero el problema fue la casa de al lado que estaban haciendo obras y no pararon en todo el fin de semana, desde las 9 de la mañana hasta por la tarde desde el viernes al domingo. Ibamos a descansar y al haber tanto ruido estuvimos mas tiempo fuera que en la casa. Una pena, nos hubiera gustado aprovechar mas la casa.
