Upon entrance, guests are greeted by a lavish living space featuring an array of comfortable seating. For your entertainment, the villa is well-appointed with Internet TV, a DVD player, and a complimentary wireless internet connection. On the same floor, two elegantly designed bedrooms await: one double bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, and a twin bedroom featuring its own en-suite shower room. A convenient kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a two-ring hob, and a sink is also available on this level.



Descending to the lower ground level, guests will discover a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen adorned with top-of-the-line Neff appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a tastefully decorated dining area, furnished with a table and chairs that can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. A doorway from this area grants you access to an inviting terrace.



The remaining two bedrooms are also situated on the lower ground floor, featuring a double and a twin bedroom that share a well-appointed family bathroom. One of these bedrooms offers direct access to the exterior space through patio doors. To ensure your utmost comfort, air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.
