Extremely disappointing Hotel

This was a extremely disappointing hotel. We had booked for three nights but left after first night. I will be looking for a refund. The hotel was grubby there was human hairs on furniture when we arrived. Lights & air con did not work. The only available food was at Chinese restaurant which was the worse meal I have ever had. The table cloths were stained. The only complimentary thing I can say about this visit was the young male receptionists we encountered were courteous & obliging. It has also been ver difficult to contact Hotels.com as we are on a world trip. Can hotels.com provide an email address to Deal with this issue.
