Idéal en famille ou entre amis

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour chez Silvia. Silvia est adorable et très serviable. Nous étions 4 couples d'amis, et nous avions choisi le gite avec 4 chambres et une grande pièce à vivre. Chaque chambre possède sa propre SDB, super pratique. Le gite est composé de 2 autres appartements, 2 piscines, un grand barbecue commun. Le domaine est suffisamment grand et bien entretenu pour que chaque famille possède son propre espace. La villa est située dans un cadre grandiose en plein cœur de la Toscane. Je recommande vivement cette location. Merci encore Silvia pour votre chaleureux accueil ! A bientot !

Un séjour de rêve en famille

Nous avons passé dans cette très belle demeure deux semaines de vacances à trois adultes et cinq enfants. Le cadre est idyllique et reposant. Les enfants ont pu profiter des activités à l'extérieur (piscine, trampoline, balançoires) en toute sécurité car la domaine se trouve dans une nature préservée idéalement située. Sylvia et son mari sont des personnes adorables qui ont su nous accueillir, nous conseiller et nous faire gouter aux produits phares de la région qu'ils produisent eux même (vin et huile d'olives). L'agencement des différents gites permet à chacun d'avoir son propre espace d'intimité. Quant au gite que nous avons occupé, il était doté d'un maximum de commodités à savoir une salle de bains avec WC attenante à chaque chambre. C'est une adresse que nous conseillons pour des vacances en famille mais aussi entre amis.

Perfect Tuscany holidays

A perfect holiday in an old Tuscany home.Surrounded by olive trees and vineyard, the place is peaceful and relaxing. Large garden area makes it ideal for the children. All rooms have bathrooms what is very comfortable. Kitchen and dining room is spacious and well equipped. You can try your hands with real pizza oven. A few tips to make your holiday perfect: nearest supermarket is in Pontassieve, small shop is in walking distance but it was closed for two weeks in September best way to reach Florence is a train from S.Ellero (few minutes by car from apartment) you can find very good pizza in Donnini (few km from Pelago) old mill and bridge in Pagiano is a true gem in a walking distance (a must!) best place to buy local products (oil, wine, etc) is VICAS in Pontassieve, very good choice and prices.

"La villa, aussi bien que...

"La villa, aussi bien que le cadre sont idéaux pour qui souhaite passer un bon moment en plein milieu de champs d''oliviers avec une magnifique vue. Nous avons séjourné a 4 couples sans être serrés, chaque chambre comprend sa propre salle de douche/toilettes. Les grandes villes sont accessibles facilement. La propriétaire, est vraiment gentille et soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires. Les 2 piscines sont très bien dimensionnées et la vue sur la vallée est magnifique. Le Barbecue en pierre est facilement accessible. Bref, à recommander... :-)"

"Typical rustic farmhouse...

"Typical rustic farmhouse (old stones), in a remarquable beautiful environment, in the middle of vineyards(vines) and of olive trees. Comfortable (5 bathrooms), 2 small swimming pools. A lot of peace in the nature. It Allows to travel towards Toscane (Florence (25mn), Sienne, Arezzo, Pise, San Giminiano ...). Enjoy-it !"

"The farmhouse is located...

"The farmhouse is located in a relaxing and beautiful environment between the vineyards and the olive trees. The rustic apartment is large and has all the needed equipment (each bedroom has a bathroom and there is some material for babies - chair and baby cot, swings in the garden). The little shop on the main road has everything you need to eat if you don’t want to take the car to buy groceries in bigger supermarket. The house is situated near to a bus stop to Pontassieve where you can get the train to Firenze (also charming little railway station Sant’Ellero accessible by car in 10min with trains to Firenze every hour). We spent a wonderful vacation in Sylvia’s house. Sylvia and her family made us feel at home, they were always helpful with the best suggestions. The fact that there are 2 swimming pools make it easy to live together with another family (in the second apartment). A place we definitely recommend via homelidays! "Nous avons apprécié cette maison vaste,restaurée dans le respect de son histoire,les chambres chacune avec salle de bain!la vigne les oliviers la cloche lointaine et les hirondelles..pouvoir se rendre à Florence très vite en suivant l''Arno explorer la route du chianti..les paysages à rêver Pise ,Sienne Sa Gimminiano...et retrouver ,le soir la "maison" et son calme... une semaine trop courte "
