Bedrooms & Bathroom:


Room 1 - Spacious and bright suite, very comfortable queen size bed with modern decor. It also has a
private bathroom with a washbasin and mirror, a shower and a small storage space. Sheets and towels included.

Bedroom 2 - Spacious and a queen size bed, it also has a wardrobe and a bench with cushions and storage space. Sheets and towels included.

Corridor bathroom with a washbasin and mirror, shower and storage space. With hairdryer/diffuser.


Kitchen & Dining Room:

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge and basic kitchen utensils such as cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls etc. In this area you'll find a utility room with a washing machine and iron and ironing board facilities.

Next door is the open-plan dining room, with a generous table, 4 chairs and access to the private patio.



Living room:

Next to the dining room, a flight of stairs leads up to the top floor of the house. In the living room you'll find a reading corner, an exclusive work space and two single beds, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The TV is smart TV with 130 channels, guaranteeing entertainment for all tastes.

Other information:

The house also has access to a private patio with barbecue, a table and chairs so you can have your meals outside and a space to put your surfboards safely.
