Apparemment bien situé MAIS

Apparemment très bien situé, mais très mal équipé. La porte en accordéon de la chambre parentale ne ferme pas, pas de porte pour la chambre des enfants, équipement pour la cuisine vieux et salle. Parking souterrain très pratique sauf que pour récupérer la voiture pas de clé pour un accès direct donc obligé de faire le tour de la résidence. Il est dommage d’avoir un appartement situé à cet endroit et de ne pas l’entretenir. Ha oui la moitié des ampoules ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement que Peñiscola est une ville magnifique et très animée.est une
