Beautiful house for 9 in Saint Guénolé

Would you like to enjoy a family stay in the South Bigouden region? This family house on 2 floors will delight you. Located 50m from the coast in the Saint Guénolé district of Penmarc'h. The 180m2 house designed to accommodate 9 people has an outdoor space of 320m2 with a pleasant terrace and enclosed garden, offering you the opportunity to relax in the sun and enjoy a meal in the sea air.



Built on 2 floors, you will enter through the garden and arrive in a large open space with a living room and dining area allowing you to gather around a large friendly table. A little further on is a semi-closed fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and necessary kitchen utensils to prepare good meals) with a view of the outside. An independent toilet and laundry room complete the ground floor.



On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a Queen size bed (160*190cm) and a single bed (90*190cm) and a bedroom with a Queen size bed. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.



The second floor also has two bedrooms with Queen size beds (160*190cm) and their en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
