First day the balcony was not clear of debris. Construction was the reason and we had no prior warning. The debris was plaster chunks all over the floor. Bbq grill was broken. I had brought ribeyes and sausage to cook on it. A shade in the master bedroom was down and needed to be hung. Over all this condo was not ready to be rented. Was not a five star stay for the amount we paid to stay there. In fairness to Southern Rentals they did send someone out to clean up balcony and the bbq grill. The grill could not be fixed during our stay. VRBO did give a little compensation back for the inconvenience. I need to talk to Southern Rentals. Would I stay there again? No. They need to be more up front with the booking process when there is equipment not working etc.

We really enjoy staying at the Beach Club property. It is a beautiful and safe area to stay. We enjoy the gym, the pool and spa and of course the beach! We also enjoy being able to walk around and enjoy our favorite places.

Great location and view

Great location on the beach. We spent over a month in this unit. Any issue we had was addressed and remedied quickly and completely. They may want to dust the artificial flowers a bit more but the unit is wonderful other than that.

Unit 1804

Our unit 1804 was dirty. Underwear from previous tenants was on floor. Not enough seating in living room. Mattresses are old and uncomfortable. We love Beach Club. We vacation here all the time. We would not stay in unit 1804 again.

Holes in the wall, broken bedroom door. Dirty walls and floors, mildew and mold in the shower and curtain. The condo was filthy.
