Only 6 adults are allowed to occupy the condo. Each guest will be issued a wrist band at the front desk which allows you access to resort amenities.
This $75.00 Limited Damage Waiver (LDW) fee that you pay insures the guest against any accidental damage to the residence up to $2000 if reported.

Beautiful Condo!!

We Love staying at Portofino Island. Stayed on the same floor as our daughter & family. Loved the location of this condo for my husband and I. Very clean and well decorated. Owner is AMAZING!! When we took a chance at requesting to stay an extra day, he responded to us very quickly and was happy to allow us to charge an extra day. He even contacted Portofino for us. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dave for Everything!! God Bless!!

Quit Getaway for us and also the roaches.

The unit was old and dingy; plus we had several large cockroaches in the guest bath and the master bedroom along with smaller roaches in the kitchen, living room and on the ceiling of the master bedroom. We have stayed at Portofino many times in the past and this was the worst condo we have stayed in. We also have stayed at Beach Club as well! This stay has put a sour taste in our moth about Portofino.
