Welcome to the Turtle's Nest! This single family home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Galvez Landing Boat Launch, Innerarity Point Park, Big Lagoon State Park and Gulf Islands National Seashore. This coastal home has everything you will need for your next beach vacation. Sit out on the back sun porch and enjoy nature. There is a large back yard with privacy fencing. Mature trees surround the house, offering plenty of shade. There is also a large patio with comfortable seating at the front of the house where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. Want to bring a boat? The neighborhood will allow you to park your boat and trailer at the house.

This house also has access to the Grande Lagoon beach, pier, playground and tennis courts. It is a short drive from the house and parking is available.

For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has lots of space to relax in. The kitchen has all the cooking essentials to make delicious meals during your stay. In the living room there is a large screen smart tv, and comfortable seating. There is room to sit at either the kitchen bar or a dining table for meals or your favorite family game. There is a study area with a sofa sleeper, table and chairs. It can serve as a 4th sleeping area as it has access to a full size bathroom. There is also a full size washing machine and dryer.

When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or exploring Perdido Key, downtown Pensacola or nearby Orange Beach, the home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The primary bedroom includes a king size bed and a day bed with 2 twin beds, all with comfortable bedding, large flat screen smart tv, en-suite bathroom with vanity area and tub/shower combo. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and comfortable bedding and closet. The third guest bedroom has a combination bunk bed with a twin bed over a full size bed, all with comfortable bedding and smart tv. T
