Overall, we enjoyed our stay however the air conditioner sounded like a Mac truck going through our room. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

The lobby was very nice & clean. The room was worn, the furniture was ripping & very worn. Bed was okay at best. Used to stay here all the time, now it’s an expensive disappointment. Won’t stay here again. I can stay at better hotels in the area for less.

Lack of support

We did not make it to the hotel. The morning (12 Mar 25) of the trip, we both were sick (for a week). We immediately called the hotel and was told by the front desk that they could not cancel our reservations and were told to call who we made the reservation with. We started calling Hotel.com starting at 06:00, but were put on hold. We called again numerous times, but still could not get ahold of anyone. We brought the booking protection plan and will be filing a claim.
