My stay was for 5 days and the first 3 the water was like warm in the shower. I inquired at the front desk about maintenance looking at it and it took 2 days for them to come. They fixed the issue so I at least had hot water on my last day. The shower pressure wasn’t that great either but I’d rather have a hot shower. The bed and pillows were great the pool was lovely and the grounds where the hotel sat was clean and neat. Breakfast was fine and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall I gave a 4 out of 5 stars only because the water temp. I would stay here again.

It would have been 5 star for me if there had been more social settings where family groups could gather. Also, perhaps consideration should be given to connecting the lobby and breakfast area directly to the rooms instead of having an open area between them. It's quite unpleasant to have to dodge raindrops to get a cup of coffee.
