We visit Pensacola every year. We usually bring our camper. This year we decided to rent a place. We were pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness and toiletries provided. The neighbors were respectful and maintained a clean community area. We had no need to contact the owner with any issues as there were none. We would definitely recommend this space as well as book it again.

Excellent stay for the money...staff was very nice. The grounds and parking lot were clean. Terry always said hello to us while we were there and even made sure to go out of his way to help us in any way he could. A very happy hardworking person! Glad we found yhis place. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN......

Nice little motel

We’ve stayed here before. Nice little motel with updated rooms. Easy to check in and out. Has pool outside. Sometimes there are people smoking so that is a little annoying but overall it’s good and we would stay again.

Visiting for Bowling Tournament

Pros: Room was clean, service was good. Price was bargain for 5 nights, lil over $400, (Wed-Mon). Location was good, the beach about 5 min away, Waffle House next door, grocery store across the street. Chairs outside the rooms to sit. Nice area. Cons: Can hear your neighbors’ conversations via thin walls and door connecting rooms having gaps and person above you moving around. The window unit AC/Heat could only be accessed with the ottoman since was sitting too high up to reach (I’m 5’9”). Most of rooms are on 1 level, if you get a room in the section has 2 levels would suggest get the upper level. Would I stay again, wouldn’t rule it out. Would follow my suggestion if I did.

The owners did a fantastic job remodelling the rooms so it doesn’t feel like a dingy motel. It’s quite nice. Unfortunately, it was so dirty with hundreds of hairs in the shower, the sink, floor, all the corners,… It was really quite disgusting.
