W202 -RECENTLY UPDATED This 2 bed/2 bath condo on west side of Eden is wonderfully decorated in ocean colors. Has all the comforts of home plus custom made furniture and original artwork! The living area has large flat panel TV and DVD player and two sofas and features a wet bar with commercial ice maker. The kitchen is updated with new cabinets and granite counter tops. Master bedroom has flat screen TV, king size bed, a private bath with double sinks, a large Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower and separate toilet area. Guest bedroom has a flat screen TV and features two sets of bunk beds, one set has double bed at bottom. The guest bathroom has been completely updated with new granite counter tops, cabinets and fixtures! A New tiled shower with Jacuzzi tub. The shower is adjustable to find the perfect height for you! Unit has gorgeous views of gulf and pool from balcony which is accessible from both living area and master. View from kitchen sink is incredible -- palm trees and ocean! Recent updates for 2014 include a flat screen TV in each bedroom and a new stainless steel refrigerator in the kitchen. Unit also features tile and wood laminate floors, full size washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi.
