W102 - This gorgeous, newly renovated unit is on the first floor on the west side of Eden. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. It has a private bathroom that features a very large walk-in shower and granite counter tops. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The living room has a sofa sleeper and features a 55" flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, new appliances, and new cabinets. This unit has a very large balcony that is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. This is one of three units in the whole condominium that has this large extended balcony. There is a set of pub height chairs and table, two loungers, and one more set of table and chairs. Full size washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi. This unit accommodates 6 people. Saturday to Saturday starting in June for the Summer. There is no smoking allowed in the unit or on the outside balcony.
