The stay was almost regular like most other hotels. Customer service was great and helpful!! However, I was shocked to find out that they do not make the beds when they service your room. I feel like not having to make a bed is one of the best things about staying at a hotel. I'm unsure why this hotel doesn't do this but I won't be staying at a Holiday hotel again. My experience wasn't as enjoyable as expected. Plus I had to request a new duvet because the one I had was smelly.

I would stay again

Overall, it was a great stay. Very clean hotel, comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was clean. The water pressure wasn’t great, the orange juice was warm and the toaster wasn’t working.
