Normally it’s great. The first room I was given looked as if a rock star had trashed it. I was moved to another one by a very accommodating staff. My new room had an oiler that flushed only whe. It wanted to.

Lights blaring outside our room all night. Given a room that had an adjourned room via door, my wife did not like this. Bed was uncomfortable. In the morning the person in charge of breakfast lied about the cutoff time. So we did not get to have breakfast. Overall I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

I did not receive the room I reserved and paid for. The room they placed me in had lots of maintenance issues, like the phone not working, a running toilet, and the heating system took over 2 hours to come on. I have stayed at this hotel before and I beyond disappointed in my experience.

I booked this hotel through Expedia and attempted to cancel when our plans changed, but we received no response from the hotel. Our arrival time shifted and we ended up arriving around 4am—just a few hours before checkout. When we checked in, we were sent to a room on the fifth floor that hadn’t been cleaned. We went back downstairs and were assigned another room on the same floor, that also wasn’t cleaned. Then to be told moments later that there were actually no more rooms available. The front desk agent had to start making calls and eventually told us that the Holiday Inn Express next door had a room for us at no charge. We loaded up and headed over there, but no one was at the front desk. We called out multiple times with no response. I even called the hotel from my cell phone several times trying to get someone’s attention. After more calling hello, an employee finally came out from the back—barefoot—and admitted he didn’t know what to do, so he began making calls as well. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful situation. We only needed a few hours of rest before continuing our drive, and we had attempted to cancel earlier to avoid this ordeal entirely. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the chaotic check-in experience made an already difficult travel day even worse.

only booked at this hotel because of the hot tub and it was not operational during the whole stay. Trash cans were overflowing, there was a $5 charge for a breakfast that is generally free at other hotels. Had to go back to lobby because room key didn't work. Had to look for check-in staff every time, and once I wanted for nearly 10 minutes. Even if all had been good, this hotel was overpriced based on others. I'll not book here again.
