Sandy Key is one of the largest beach front properties in the Florida Panhandle with over 790 feet of beach front. Our newly painted and furnished unit has a large private balcony overlooking sandy white beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Perdido Key was rated as the top 5 beaches by Conde Nast. Sandy Key is just a few minutes walk to the Gulf Island National Seashore with beautiful sand dunes and a variety of wildlife. Balcony sunrises and sunsets are stunning! Sandy Key's beach is a private beach for owners, renters and friends. Wrist bands are provided to allow only those owners, renters and guests are allowed on the beach.
Our condo has been completely remodeled and refurnished including custom draperies, flat screen HD TV's are in both bedrooms and living room. DVD provided in living room also. Wireless internet is available throughout the unit. Beautifully decorated kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances and all kitchen essentials provided. For your convenience a full size washer and dryer are provided in the condo.

Sandy Key has two swimming pools, one heated, a hot tub, exercise room and tennis courts and the most beautiful beach on the Key.

Loved the patio overlooking the beach and hearing the ocean. Amazing view!!The condo kind of smelled like dog and carpet was terribly stained and needs to be replaced. Condo had everything you need and loved they had beach chairs in the storage area available for renters.

We enjoyed our annual stay at Sandy Key, and Charlie’s place was a good place to do it. The location is central to great restaurants and is immediately beachfront. The porch was great to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning and set in the evening. Thanks for the letting us rent your place!

The unit was overall exactly what we were looking for. Lots of updates have been made and it was fully stocked. Having a storage unit for beach stuff was absolutely the best weve stayed many times in various condos and never have had this luxury.The only negatives to the unit would be there was no hot water in the kitchen, the master bath could use some updates with more lighting, and the elevator can be heard every time it is used. The condo was very clean and beautiful all around. The pool and beach was perfect. It would be nice if Sandy Key would hire a beach comber to help clean the beach ( there was seaweed all over the beach and hid the beautiful white sand that the area ia known for. Perdido Key is very laid back and prides itself on that atmosphere. If you want to do anything upbeat and high energy youll need to drive to Orange Beach or Pensicola. Thats where all the shops, ice cream, and most of the restaraunts are. The seafood pick was by far The Salty Pearl! The best seafood we"ve ever had in the panhandle!!! We also ate at the FloraBama at Orange Beach...a must as well!

Great Family Stay

We just returned from five days at this condo. Very clean and spacious. Washer and dryer available which was nice to have. Great communication from the owners. Some noise from being close to the elevator but it quieted down later at night. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking necessities. We did not use much as we were on vacation and didn’t want to cook! Location is perfectly located between Pensacola and Orange Beach on beautiful Perdido Key.

This is our 2nd time at the complex and first time at this condo. Place was as advertised and fairly well equipped. Large balcony with great views. Owner was very nice and responsive. Would prefer a local place to pick up and leave keys vs mailing back, but minor detail. Would stay here again if we come back.

Great condo, enjoyed lots of time on the nice sized balcony enjoying the great views and liked having it half covered to enjoy a rainy afternoon. Comfortable beds and we loved the overall property. Appreciated having access to the private storage for beach chairs/toys and the owners were quick to respond on any questions. Really enjoyed the week with our family!

Great location, nice place

Overall our experience was good. The location was great to access many restaurants and fun activities. The property itself was nice. During our stay it was more during off season so they were doing some maintenance and painting outside and elevator repairs. The only negative to this condo is it’s right next to the elevator on the 8th floor. From the guest bedroom, you can hear the elevator motor sound. We used a fan at night to help drown out that noise. Outside of that the condo is very spacious and nice.

Amazing Views

Everything was great. The icing on the cake was waking up to an amazing view every morning. The private beach access allowed space and comfort for the kids to enjoy the sand. We prepared our own meals and had everything we needed. Never had to wait for the elevator to get to the top floor. Would definitely stay again!
