Without a pool between this building and the beach you can enjoy the luxury of a full view of the Gulf while still having easy access to all the amenities. The master suite features a King size bed, HDMI TV, painted murals, gorgeous views of the Gulf, sliding glass door to the beach facing balcony, and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower and granite double sink vanity. The guest bedroom has 2 full sized beds and TV to accommodate additional couples or the children in your family. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The fully equipped kitchen featuring beautiful granite counter tops is the perfect place for the chef of the family to prepare a wonderful seafood meal. Dining room seats 6 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar. Besides a spectacular view of the Gulf and easy access to the private balcony, the living room also offers a large sofa with a Smart TV. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. A little slice of heaven!

I absolutely loved everything about this property. Sandy Key is so private the way it is settled back into it's own little nook. Very quiet. I loved being on the second floor...we had the perfect view of the very close ocean and could take the stairs easily which is a plus for me because I hate elevators! Also loved the fact that we were directly across from the tennis courts, we used them several times. Beds were super comfy and the full sized washer and dryer were a huge bonus! Kitchen was perfectly stocked. Oh and wow, that ice maker is a beast...hahaha, it never ran out of ice! The ONLY thing I can think of that would make everything perfect is a full sized kitchen garbage can! If the size of the garbage can is the only thing you can find fault with that should tell you something! Loved, loved, loved this place and cannot wait to return. We have always gone to Gulf Shores area through the years and I liked this so much better. I loved how close we were to the ocean. There has been some beach erosion but there is still plenty there to enjoy and the sound of the surf on the balcony is wonderful. Okay, I will stop rambling now, sorry it took me a while to post this...I had to jump right back into work and had a crazy week. Oh, one more thing...the WiFi worked great and we had 3 boys there all playing on phones and iPads! Also enjoyed the big TV and we all hooked up the video console and played Mario Cart...it was so fun. Perfect vacation spot and a much needed break. Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of heaven. I will be back. Sue Burkhalter

Loved the property! So close to the ocean and the view from the balcony was amazing! Would have loved for the doors to have keyless entry though...would be a great upgrade.
