This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo sleeps 6, comfortably. The master bedroom is generously equipped with a king sized bed, and en suite bath with walk-in shower. There are 2 twin sized beds in the second bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room with 2 recliners that are calling your name! There is truly enough space for family and friends to make great memories in this amazing condo! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and more! For all you coffee lovers this unit has a drip coffee maker. Sit on the cozy balcony for a while and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico with your favorite drink in your hand, while watching Perdido Key's remarkable sunrises and sunsets! Swim in one of SeaSpray's 3 pools, soak in the hot tub, or play tennis or pickleball on the newly resurfaced courts. You can also enjoy our well equipped beach front gym! This is truly paradise at its finest!

Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.
