The view was amazing! The room not so clean. Bedding was clean. The floors, fixtures and walls need cleaned. I personally cleaned the floors in the walking areas. The rag was black. The pools are nice. The hot tub was great when it worked. The property did not see it as a priority to be fixed. I contacted Hotels.com and they immediately assisted. It was fixed within 12hours. Beach behind the property was clean.

No heat, gave me a space heater for heat that blew a fuse, so for my birthday, I spent 2 hours without power. I was not compensated for my problems.I was treated badly by the front desk staff. Checked out 3 days early because the hotel was so bad. will never stay here again. $250 a night and all they offered for my inconvenience was free parking ... Wooooow ...

The staff was excellent, friendly, polite....I did NOT like the hidden $200 security deposit upon arrival....Then we were going to extend our stay by another day and the girl said we would have to pay another $200 security deposit!!!! We quickly left

Wyndham Garden Inn

We really enjoyed another stay at the Wyndham Garden Inn in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Clean comfortable rooms. Gulf view room was great with direct access to the beach. Two pools were great with the larger one being heated. There are places to grab a light breakfast and bar food on site that were pretty good as well.

Great place to stay!

The room was spectacular and updated nicely and the view was to die for! The hotel itself could use some tlc and updates/fixes. The hot tub was barely warm, which was a bummer because it's cooler at night, but the pool area was nice. Can't beat the price for right on the beach!

I am a repeat guest at this hotel, which I absolutely adore. We consistently book a gulf view room, granting us unparalleled proximity to the beach and access to two pools. The pools are heated and equipped with an ample supply of lawn chairs for relaxation. Notably, the pools were never crowded during our stay. The poolside bar serves exceptional food and provides attentive service. Prior to checking in, I was permitted to access the pool and beach facilities. As my room was available, I was also accommodated with an early 12pm check-in. My children thoroughly enjoyed their time at this hotel, and I intend to return next year.

My husband and I stayed in a King suite with an ocean view. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Having a kitchen made our stay so easy. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The beach wasn’t crowded so it was relaxing.
