Bright poolside 2 bed, 2 bath Walkout Basement Suite
Large poolside suite in the sunny Okanagan.
Regarding sharing the pool - you have full use of the pool and backyard throughout your entire stay. We only share the pool on hot days for 1.5 hour starting around 3:30 pm in the afternoon. Otherwise, we are not in the pool or patio area except for necessary maintenance.
The suite is a spacious, two bedroom, two bath, 970 sqft basement suite with full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave. It has a gas fireplace in the living room for cozy evenings in the winter.
The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom can be set up as either 2 twin beds or 1 king bed.
The suite is fully separated from the upstairs unit (occupied by us) with its own separate heating and air conditioning system that you can set to your comfort level.
Outdoors, enjoy the BBQ, patio, secluded, small yard, and 14' x 36' solar heated pool which is open Victoria Day to Labour Day. The pool may open earlier and stay open later in the year depending on the weather.
There is a playground across the street.
The use of the 40 amp, 9.6 kw electric vehicle charger is free for guests.
The home is partially powered by solar panels on the roof.
