The home features two queen bedrooms, a pullout sofa for additional sleeping space, and a bright open-concept kitchen and living area with new stainless steel appliances, modern finishes, and comfortable furnishings throughout. The full bathroom includes a spacious stand-up shower, and the home is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV, in-suite laundry, and all the essentials needed for short or extended stays.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio area complete with a BBQ, table and chairs, and a small fenced green space — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, wineries, or exploring Penticton.
