Easy checkin and liked the bar and happy hour. The pool and hot tub were good. The people in the next room were very loud until almost midnight ..other than that it was Fine ..comfortable bed and pillows ..

The room was broken. Heat would not turn down at a constant 23*C. The AC wall mount unit does not work. Staff swapped rooms from 348-317 which is great. Only 317 em had the worst smelling fridge, and it smelled up the room and I had to leave for 20min. It’s 10:42pm and I have to work tomorrow and I would like a proper hotel/motel room tgat I paid for please. I am very upset/mad with my rooms so far. And would like a solution.

The pictures on Expedia do not match the condition of the hotel. This Sandman is extremely old and dirty, peeling wallpaper, stained furniture and linens, and extremely inconvenient layout. The room we received didn't have a proper window, it faced the indoor pool. The fire alarm went off 20 min after we arrived and everyone was evacuated. At that time we decided to checkout and stay at another hotel for the evening.

Sandman could try to spend a little money in their locations. Throughout the hallways on the first floor, the wallpaper is stained and peeling off the walls. It’s disgusting. The curtains in my room 151 were so stained it look like someone threw up on them. I have pictures if you want them. The room clearly used to be a smoking room because it had that old, stale sweet smoke smell.
