Proximity to Skaha Lake was ideal for us. Older building now grouped with two other motels next to it of the same vintage, however it was very comfortable and made for a pleasant stay. Original room booked was too small but we were quickly and efficiently upgraded to a more suitable room for the length of our stay. Doesn't matter which end of Penticton you are in the motels are all of a similar vintage.

The room was spotless! It's a bit dated - as many other people have noted, but it really didn't make a difference at all because it was very comfortable, in a great location, very clean and staff were super nice and accommodating - just regular good natured folk is how I would put it. If you're looking for luxury, with all modern amenities, and being waited on hand and foot - this is not the place for you.

We stayed on the ground floor with our small dog. The location was excellent. Skaha Park is right across the street and we were able to meet with family there for a little picnic. There is also an off-leash area for dogs and our dog made some new friends. The area was clean as they have several receptacles for dog waste. The room itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. The building could probably use a paint job but the interior has been recently updated. The shower had great pressure and we appreciated the refrigerator and little kitchen.
