The hallway, with tiled flooring, provides space to hang up your coats or place your sandy shoes before walking through into the snug. A stunning Inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove is the focal point of this room, with comfortable sofas and a Freeview TV. Patio doors lead straight out onto a decked outdoor area with modern garden furniture, the perfect spot for a sundowner or morning coffee. Through then to a separate living/dining area with flame effect electric fire, comfortable sofas and dining table seating six, providing the group with yet another place to relax, watch TV or pop through to the lovely sunroom to read a book or listen to music. The kitchen is modern yet retains its traditional feel, providing all the amenities you could need during your stay including double oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. The adjacent utility room is complete with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Finishing off the ground floor, you will find the master king sized bedroom boasting beamed ceilings, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite shower room for your comfort.
