Located in Mason County between Pentwater and Ludington this charming and spacious, newly renovated farmhouse is your perfect escape. This home was recently remodeled and special efforts were made to keep the original footprint of the Century-Old Craftsman Style including restoration of the original wood floors and radiators throughout the house. Beginning with the Swedish homesteaders in the late 1800s, six generations have farmed this scenic property. Approximately 100 years as a dairy farm and more recently a crop farm with just a few Angus steers.
The Space This two story farmhouse offers ample space for you and your guests to enjoy. In home comforts include Wi Fi, Smart TVs, two portable air conditioning units, and ceiling fans. Located on the main level, you will find an entry way with coffee bar, the kitchen, dining area and living area, 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities needed to prepare a full meal. Enjoy your breakfast at the cozy adjustable table with stools in the kitchen or in the brightly lit dining area offering a dining table and chairs with seating for 6 plus. Total dining accommodations include seating for 11. This space will lead you into the expansive living area offering an electric fireplace and Smart TV.
