There was no easy way between the floors - metal spiral staircase outside which was dangerous when raining and a lift inside which kept getting stuck!

Stayed here for a week during the Kernowman triathlon. Needed something on a budget and this more than delivered. Excellent facilities. Some quirks that might make access difficult if you have limited mobility but this is addressed by a stair lift. This is also referenced in the property details. Staff were very friendly.
