Just don’t…

Place was extremely outdated and dirty. Staff was friendly, but overall just a bad experience. I can’t recommend anybody stay here. Room had stains on the carpet, bed, and the wallpaper was peeling. It smelled like an ashtray.

The mirror in the bathroom was broke and I was afraid they would try to charge me for it. I did report it as soon as I saw it. The front desk girl was very nice. Room was clean. Property was clean.

Really not great :(

Shower and sink only dispensed very hot water. Couldn’t take a shower. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Carpet in room needs to be cleaned or replaced. Heard our neighbors yell at each other during the night and could hear people above us walking - not very sound proof. Not impressed with restaurant food. However staff was very friendly and parking fee very reasonable. Walking distance to Arena which was the reason we chose this location.

The front staff went above and beyond handling a situation for me that made my morning especially since my little girl and I were on our way to the hospital for her surgery. I thanked them for what they did since they didn't really have to do what they did.

This hotel is okay if you want to be in downtown Peoria. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very odd design, such that we had to take our luggage cart to the second floor of one side of the building, go down long hallway, and then take another elevator up to our third floor room. Not good.
