I tried for a week to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen issues. I called the hotel just to be sent to voicemail. I left messages on their voice mail asking for a call back and I received no call backs. I tried calling customer service but since I Never received a confirmation number, I received No satisfaction on trying to cancel my reservation. Very disappointed!!!

Christmas Trip Made Great!

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting family! The fact that they’re pet friendly is what initially made me choose them and the easy access to take our dog outside is what’s keeping us coming back. We requested a room on the first floor by a door for an easy in and out trip for our dog and it was perfect! The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. It was raining the morning that we left and we didn’t have anything with us to protect our luggage from the rain. A gentleman that worked there, named Joe, walked by while we were outside. I asked him if he had an extra large trash bag that we could use, and he immediately stopped what he was doing and ran to get one for us. He deserves a big Thank You for the great job he’s doing by taking some of the traveling stress off of us!

There is a lot to like about Stoney creek, it’s our “go-to” when in Peoria. Only reason for low score in cleanliness this time is that the bathroom floor obviously had not been cleaned ( or even swept ) after previous guest.

The hot tub was not working, cold inside hotel hallways and breakfast sucked cause it also was cold. I will never stay here again. They could of put that hot tub was out of order. Disappointed all together

Nice stay in frigid January

Nice quaint and quiet hotel. Clean room. Nice ambiance. Roaring fireplace when you check in. Jonah’s restaurant is 400 ft away. Mobil gas station next door.

We had a good night, hot tub wasnt working kinda disappointing but we traveled with a pet and they put us near a door and had a good amount of outdoor space for her to walk around
