We hope all of our guests treated our suite unit like as your own property. Kindly keep our house clean and tidy. Much appreciated for your kindly cooperation

-Before check in our unit , we will collect RM150 refundable security deposit By online transfer,when check out cleaner check everything good condition will refund same day
-Only allow over 18 years old guest booking and check in house (except with family)
~ Keep Our Home Neat, NO shoes on your feet, kindly shoes OFF in our house.
~ Please switch off all the electrical appliances when haven’t in use or when you leave.
~ Please be considerate at night - keep loud noises to a minimum.
~ NO Events and parties allowed.
~ NO Smoking allowed in our house.
~ NO pets allowed.
~ NO durians allowed in house.
~ Only light cooking is allowed.
~Guests shall not be allowed to move the furniture in the unit without permission from the host.
~Late check out after 11 a.m will be charge RM 20 PER HOUR . After 1pm check out will charge per best available rate per night.
