House adjoining 2 other rentals. Living room (TV, Wi-Fi). Kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker and kettle, washing machine). Upstairs, bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190), bedroom 2 (2 single beds 90x190). Shower room. WC. Sheets can be rented only for stays of one week minimum. Cleaning service at an additional cost. Electric heating at an additional cost. Private enclosed courtyard. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Pets accepted for a fee (€10 per pet per stay to be paid on site) and upon presentation of the animal's vaccination record. Additional deposit for cleaning fee. In the heart of the Cotentin marshland, this small crossroads town offers all the shops. The gîtes have been converted into the former stud farm, close to the municipal sports field (tennis and football pitches on site). Close to the greenway and museums (Brick, Tancrède, Maison des Marais) as well as the Sarcelles Leisure Park with golf course, tourist train, etc.
