Eine Oase

Der Urlaub in Ronco 216 hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Dass es Probleme mit der Sauberkeit geben könnte, hatten wir bereits in den Bewertungen lesen können. Die Beeinträchtigungen wurden aber mehr als aufgewogen durch die Lage des Hauses und den überwältigenden, privilegierten Blick auf den See. Ein Haus mit einem derartigen Blick muss man erst einmal finden. Auf die Schwierigkeiten mit der Zufahrt waren wir ebenfalls vorbereitet. Sie ist tatsächlich abenteuerlich. Mit einem großen Auto dürfte es echte Probleme geben, mit einem Mittelklassewagen (BMW 118i) kommt man aber schnell zurecht mit den 250 m Zufahrt (laut Beschreibung ein "holpriger Naturweg") und den mehr als 50 Kurven (offizielle Zählung der italienischen Straßenbehörde) bzw. den ca. 20 scharfen Serpentinen auf den ca. 400 Metern Höhenunterschied vom See hoch bis nach Bologna (Perledo, Via Ronco). Das Doppelhaus ist extrem hellhörig, darauf muss man sich einstellen können. Macht man einen Tag Ruhepause, wenn die anderen Gäste auf Achse sind, kann man einen traumhaften Urlaubstag in einer extrem gepflegten Oase, einem riesigen Anwesen, erleben. Das Grundstück ist so groß und markant, dass man es von der anderen Seeseite aus mühelos erkennt. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern wegen der Hanglage und Abgeschiedenheit aber wohl nur bedingt geeignet. Positiv überrascht hat uns auch die Qualität der Betten/der Matratzen. In Ferienwohnungen eher etwas Seltenes.

Oase in den Bergen über dem Comer See

Wenn man die kurvige Straße und die schmale Zufahrt zum Haus bewältigt hat, wird man mit einer Oase der Ruhe mit einem fantastischen und je nach Tageszeit und Wetterlage wechselnden Panorama über den wunderschönen Comer See belohnt. Der Vermieter war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit (und hat uns sogar Vergessenes aufgepürt und nachgesendet) und wir haben in dem Haus einen Rückzugsort in einer herrlichen Umgebung gefunden, den wir wieder besuchen wollen!

Ferien in aller Ruhe

Super freundliche Vermieter. Das Haus war super in Ordnung auch war die Küche eingerichtet mit verschiedenen dagebliebenen Gewürzen wie Salz Pfeffer Kräutern. Super Sache. Das Haus ist sehr ausserhalb in grosser Höhe. Sehr abgeschieden aber dafür deine gigantische Sicht über den Comersee. Ideal zum relaxen. Das einzige negative: Es hat kein W-lan.

Tolle Lage und toller Service

Der Vermieter war per WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar. Im Vorfeld gab es eine Wegbeschreibung als pdf und einige Tips zum essen. Ohne Fahrzeug ist man allerdings etwas weit weg vom Schuss. Die Zufahrt zum Anwesen ist ein bisschen holprig.
