Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Pernes les Fontaines (most beautiful villages in France), our villa overlooks a large shaded garden (over 2000 m2) with large swimming pool (11 x 3.5 m), games for children (swing, ...), terrace and barbecue for successful lunches and dinners under the oak.

With all the desirable equipment (air conditioning on the 2 floors, dishwasher, wifi, washing machine ...) you will be delighted with your stay between nature and modernity, far from noise, but very close to multiple sports attractions, museum visits, cultural events, restaurants, ...

Regarding comfort:
A very large bedroom (about 30 m2) with a large bed (160x200cm), 190x90cm bed and a pretty baby cot with bars allows a spacious sleeping area upstairs, with mosquito net.
The downstairs bedroom offers sleeping accommodation for 2 people (140x190cm bed).
If necessary a comfortable bed offers 1 additional bed.

A large sunny and bright living space is open to the garden and the swimming pool. This includes a living-dining room and a fully equipped integrated kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, thermal oven, electric hob and extractor host, ...)

Outside there is a wide choice for dinners / lunches: sheltered and shaded terrace, sunny terrace or quite simply sheltered under the old oak!

The large 11 meter long swimming pool (secured by a bar cover or an alarm) and its 40 m2 terrace allows young and old to enjoy the afternoons in peace.

Lovely little house with wonderful garden

We had a great time in Pernes les Fontaines. Anne Sofie and Emanuel gave us a warm welcome and gave us many tips for hiking, restaurants etc. The surroundings are beautiful and there are many little villages worth a visit!

An oasis of calm!

This is a great property in an ideal location just a short walk along the canal to the village. We received a very warm welcome from Anne-Sophie and Emmanuel who could not have been more helpful. They speak really good English. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The large well kept garden affords a choice of eating and sitting areas depending on whether you want sun or shade. The swimming pool is perfect for keeping cool and also a good size for swimming. Pernes-les-Fontaines has a good choice of essential shops (bakeries, fruit and veg, butchers, supermarkets, etc.) most within walking distance and is an ideal location from which to explore Provence. We highly recommend this property.

Comment dire ? Si vous souhaitez faire un saut dans le temps cette maison vous conviendra : (pas de salon, pas de télévision, pas de cafetière .....). Ils nous a manqué beaucoup de conforts d’un point de vue mobilier, un rafraichissement est indispensable pour se sentir bien dans la maison. Nous avons eu de la chance, la météo nous a permis de vivre dehors et pas à l’intérieur. Il faut savoir que les propriétaire vivent à côté ceux -ci sont très gentil, mais ce n’est pas indiqué sur l'annonce.La piscine était agréable, mais ne ressemblait pas aux photos. Cependant, la maison est bien située pour se déplacer et visiter.

Schönes Fereienhaus in ruhiger Lage und großem Außengelände mit Pool

Wir (drei Erwachsene) haben im Oktober unseren schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus genossen. Das Haus hat ein sehr großes Grundstück und einen großen Pool und liegt sehr ruhig am Rande von Pernes-les-Fontaines. Zu Fuß ist man in etwa 10 Minuten (mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten) im Zentrum der Stadt, wo man Alles findet, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Emmanuel ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber, der auch gute Tipps für einen schönen Aufenthalt hat. Das Haus ist auch für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern gut geeignet.

Super vacances !

La maison est idéalement placée. Elle est a proximité de nombreuses villes et villages provençaux. Nous avons passé 3 bonnes semaines de vacances. La piscine est top, grande avec peu de clore. Nous y avons passé de bons moments de détente et de jeux, surtout avec la chaleur d'août. Emmanuel est un hôte agréable, soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires, il est toujours de bons conseils.

Hôte très très sympathique

Propriétaire très sympathique, accueillant et bienveillant Jardin magnifique et piscine de bonne taille mais nous ne l avons pas utilisée Le gîte prévu à la base pour accueillir 7 personnes semble très petit . Nous n étions que deux et la surface nous a suffit . La décoration est très succincte et nous avons déploré l absence totale des produits de première nécessité ( papier de toilette , condiments ,…) Très belle situation et prioritaires de bon conseil pour les visites ou commerces .

Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante . L'endroit est un havre de calme avec seuls les bruits de la nature ce dont nous avions besoin. Le logement est propre et bien équipé , décoré avec charme . La piscine est immense avec un patio cosy , le jardin est achalandé de chaises pour se reposer à l'ombre des arbres et se termine en pré fleuri 😻 Le village est proche et on peut s'y rendre à pied aisément par un chemin bucolique le long d'une rivière. Le propriétaire est sur place mais discret , accueillant et bon conseil . C'était une belle échappée à notre quotidien stressant. Merci 😻

De vraies vacances

Séjour très agréable dans un endroit calme et proche du village

Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui sont sympathiques et disponibles. Bien situé, proche du village et au calme. Belle et grande piscine. Ombre et soleil autour. Cuisine neuve et très bien équipée. Climatisation en bas et en haut qui fonctionne très bien et sans faire de bruit. Le point négatif de ce logement est l'accès à la chambre à l'étage. Il se fait par un escalier raide, étroit et sans rampe. En haut de l'escalier, la hauteur sous plafond ne nous permet pas de nous tenir debout.

Excellent accueil par le propriétaire L’extérieur est magnifique et très calme La piscine est très belle bien que nous n’avons pas pu en profiter à cause d’une météo très peu favorable à la baignade cette semaine là.... Pour l’intérieur il ne nous a rien manqué,à savoir qu’il n’y a pas de télévision,,,mais très bonne occasion de se désintoxiquer sur une semaine....😜 Nous avons passé au final un très bon séjour avec nos jumelles de 2 ans 1/2.

Eine sehr nette Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz fuers Spielen fuer Kinder. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung ist bequem und gut ausgestattet. Ich kann nur empfehlen.
