Everything that you need in this en suited room with a small terrace. You have full access to the kitchen and the hosts are very helpful and hospitable without being intrusive. They picked us up at the train station and took us by car in search of an electrical adaptor when we found we had inadvertently brought the wrong one. They were also helpful with information. Recommended.

endroit très bien situé prêt du centre ville, et aussi pour les balade aux alentour. Christiane et Philippe sont des personne très soucieux de leurs locataire en donnant des idées de balade et surtout du bien être. Il ne manque rien dans cette location. Super verblijf in Perpignan

Dit is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om Perpignan te ontdekken. Mooie ruime en kleurrijke kamer met eigen grote badkamer en toilet. Gastvrije ontvangst, toeristische tips en een warm welkom doordat we zelfs door de eigenaar opgehaald werden op het station en bij vertrek ook weer werden weggebracht !

Un Séjour Très Agréable.

Un endroit très sympa, secure, belle chambre super clean, claire avec une grande salle de bains et un patio agréable pour l'apéro. Tout est calme. Le quartier est bien et tout est accessible en quelques pas au pied de chez Christiane et Philippe. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de venir me chercher à la gare de Perpignan. Un grand merci. Mahm.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. La location est conforme à l’annonce. Proche du centre de Perpignan et des axes pour visiter la région. Como en casa

Christine y Philippe han hecho nuestra estancia en Perpiñan inolvidable, tanto que nos acabamos de ir y ya estamos deseando volver en cuanto podamos. La habitación es muy amplia, cómoda ,bonita y límpia, así como el cuarto de baño, cocina y resto de la casa; además cuenta con garaje donde poder dejar el coche. La vivienda está situada a 10 minutos a pie del centro . Perpiñan es una ciudad muy agradable y con una gran oferta cultural; Hay muchos pueblitos preciosos que ver tanto en la costa como en el interior y la gente es muy abierta y amable. Christine y Philippe nos preparaban cada mañana unos desayunos deliciosos y además nos aconsejaban dónde ir y qué hacer cada día. Un abrazo muy fuerte a los dos de David y María

J'ai passé une bonne semaine à Perpignan

La chambre est spacieuse très jolie avec une terrasse privée il ya la climatisation une télé un lit confortable une salle de bains avec douche tout ce qu'il faut . On peut demander un petit déjeuner complet pour la modique somme de 3 euros seulement. Christiane et Philippe sont très gentils et nous ont bien accueillies ma sœur et moi . Je les remercie beaucoup.

Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement. La chambre offre un confort et une indépendance très appréciable. Un détour à Perpignan, n'hésitez pas! Pour les amoureux des villes, la situation de cet hébergement est idéale. La petite terrasse et une décoration raffinée promettent des soirée et réveils prolongés...
