Apartment on the 1st floor of a contemporary building: living room with fitted kitchen, bedroom with 160x200 bed, bedroom with two 80x200 beds, bathroom (Italian shower) and separate WC. Exterior: private enclosed garden of 200 m² at the rear, not overlooked, secure for storing your bikes (no shelter). Private parking and entrance. The ground floor is occupied by the owner's podiatry practice. On the heights of Perros-Guirec, in a relaxing environment, just 2 km from the marina, comfortable and bright apartment. Want the beach? the most famous, the family beach of Trestraou with its seasonal activities, its restaurants, its casino and its new Thalasso is 2.3 km away. At the end of the quay, embark on a sea trip towards the 7 Islands or reach the small village of Ploumanac'h thanks to the GR34 offering magnificent panoramas. Free shuttle in July/August from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., bus every 15 minutes to go to Trestraou beach. A bus stop is also located 500m from the gîte, which allows you to go to Trégastel. In Perros Guirec, this contemporary apartment welcomes you all year round for weekly stays or short stays, depending on the season! You will be welcome there!
