Peut on réduire son avis uniquement à la vue sur mer? En aucun cas, non. La qualité d'une location doit être jugée dans son ensemble et là, nous avons été très déçus. L'accueil s'est limité à ouvrir une boîte à clés. Puis, nous nous sommes rendus compte que l'ascenseur ne desservait que les demis étages où il n'y a pas d'appartement: il fallait donc monter au global un étage (problématique quand on a un enfant avec difficultés de marche sans pour autant être en fauteuil roulant)La propreté de l'appartement à notre arrivée laissait à désirer. La poussière formait un petit tas dans les toilettes,au dessus de la lampe de la salle de bain. Sur le balcon, algues vertes glissantes.... Les joints de la salle de bain sales.Les meubles sont principalement des récupérations de vieux meubles: heureusement qu'il y a un plaid sur un des canapés pour ne pas montrer qu'il est taché et déchiré....Mais le mieux, la cuisine.... Nous qui aimons cuisiner. Il n'y avait même pas un tout banal couteau pointu de cuisine. Une salade? Pas d'essorreuse à saladeDes crustacés ? Marmite trop petite Une balance ou un verre mesureur? Ne pas compter dessus.Le four est de la taille d'un mini four et le lave vaisselle est un demi lave vaisselle (6 couverts). Pour 4 personnes, je n'avais jamais vu cela! Évidemment, le four ne peut pas fonctionner en même temps que le lave vaisselle....Côté déco : minimalistes et finitions approximatives....En somme, un appartement qui se limite uniquement à la vue.

Bel appartement à Perros Guirec

Très bel appartement, propre, avec toutes les commodités et une superbe vue sur le port de plaisance. Le quartier est agréable, un peu moins touristique que d’autres zones de la ville de Perros Guirec.Nous avons été très bien accueillies par M et Mme Pierre qui se sont montrés très réactifs et disponibles. L’appartement a eu un souci de wifi mais M. Pierre est allé se procurer une clé 4G pour que je puisse télétravailler. Encore merci!

Bel appartement

L'appartement est situé au calme mais a proximité du port et de ses commodités. Avec une vue vraiment jolie Nous avons fait la majorité des balades a pied en prenant notre temps. La région est magnifique et les plages tres agréables. Nous avons passé un bon sejour.

Un appartement bien situé. Qqs rafraîchissements sont nécessaires à mon sens et une propreté moyenne à notre arrivée comme la poussière sous les lits. Manque des couverts et aussi lave vaisselle trop petit pour 4.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'appartement avec une très belle vue sur la baie de Perros Guirec. Dommage que la literie ne soit pas confortable sur le lit de 140. Nous espérons que les propriétaires pourront la changer prochainement.

L'appartement est très bien situé et spacieux. La vue est magnifique ! La communication avec les propriétaires était très bonne et ils ont été très utiles. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille avec deux adolescents et pouvons recommander l'appartement !

Agréable séjour

Agréable séjour malgré une météo défavorable. Le logement est très bien situé ! Au calme avec une super vue dégagée ! Le lave linge et le sèche linge sont vraiment un plus dans ce cas de météo capricieuse ! L appartement est très agréable à vivre le soir nous nous retrouvions dans un cocoon !
