Sea view, Perros-Guirec, Pink Granite Coast

Large house that has been entirely renovated, with panoramic view of the sea in two of its bedrooms, of the terrace and of the living room/dining room. There is a stunning view over the marina entrance of Perros-Guirec and over the Louannec Bay. Built on the hillside, in a very quiet area minutes away from down town, it is close by foot or by bicycle, to the market, the main shops, the beaches and even the skate park. It is a bright house, with south-facing, a garden, a garage and two off-street parking spaces. It offer five bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten persons. You will enjoy a small fenced in garden in front of the house and an other garden levels behind the house. Free shuttle bus stop for the beaches at 200m away from the house. Arrivals are on Saturdays from 4 p.m, and departures are the next Saturday before 10 a.m.

Superbe séjour à Perros Guirrec

Tout a été parfait ! De l’accueil à la qualité de la location, sa localisation et sa vue imprenable. Plage à 20mn à pied, sortie en bateau et visites de distilleries. Restaurants variés et abordables. Le surf au top ! Bref, je vous recommande chaudement cette location et cette destination !

Bon séjour à Perros

Nous étions 9 (7 adultes et 2 ados). La conception de la maison nous a permis d'avoir chacun notre chambre, sans être étouffés les uns les autres. Le grand plus, est bien entendu la vue exceptionnelle et l'emplacement de la maison qui nous a permis de nous déplacer à pied. Accueil chaleureux de Madame BERRIVIN et Mr BRIAND. Les photos et la description représentent exactement la réalité.

Grande maison, vue paronamique magnifique, très bonnes vacances en famille. L'accueil s'est super bien passé, très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Les photos et la description de la maison sont exactes. Très belles balades, plage, petites criques à proximité. Un séjour qui s'est parfaitement déroulé. Merci pour ces jolies vacances. Vacances très appréciables

Le temps pendant notre séjour fut superbe. Les plages et les sentiers de randonnée ne sont pas loin. On peut les rejoindre de la maison sans prendre sa voiture. La maison est claire, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Les voisins sont charmants, ce qui ne gâte rien.

Quel plaisir de prendre l'apéro ou le petit déjeuner sur la grande terrasse avec vue sur la baie et le port de plaisance ! Le quartier est tranquille. Nous avons découvert à 500 m à pieds une petite plage peu fréquentée idéale pour les enfants. Lola - Nanterre.

Accueil sympathique. La région est superbe et les animations sont nombreuses ( et gratuites pour la plupart ! ). La maison, spacieuse et lumineuse, s'ouvre sur une terrasse à la vue magnifique. Maison très agréable et bonne situation

La maison est bien agencée, bien équipée et en très bon état. A proximité de la plage, des restaurants et de nombreux sites touristiques, l'endroit est bien calme et offre un réel repos. Le propriétaire nous a fait bon accueil. Nous sommes heureux d'avoir séjourné dans cette maison et la recommandons vivement !
