Hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Broken glass from car windows broken out and cars abandoned in the parking lot with flat tires. Trash all over the place. Weeds overgrown. Not kept well at all. Pics are deceiving

Served its purpose

Hotel was convenient for our needs. But first impressions are lasting and walking into the lobby having had to pass through leftover cigarette smoke is nasty. Why do I have to walk through smoke when I DON'T SMOKE! Wifi was free but there was not way to sign in so.... the door handle to our room broke off as we were leaving. The hotel was good for our one night need. Would not spend vacation time thee.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The floor was soaking wet from the AC leaking, it smelt like someone had been smoking in there all day, walls, bathroom, and sheets were worn, and trashed! My girl friend and I actually decided to sleep in our rental car for the night instead.

Run down and Smells Funny

As soon as I walked in, I didn’t get a good impression. The lobby smelled like mildew and urine. Not good. I was tired from traveling so I just wanted to shower and sleep. I got to my room, it smelled like dank water. The bathroom’s paint was peeling off the ceiling. The curtain was black from mold. I was afraid I was going to get bed bugs. The whole experience was awful. And I wish I could get a refund. Wasn’t worth the $80 I spent for a few hours of uneasy sleep.

Disappointing.

This hotel is extremely rundown, surprised that hotels.com provided it as an option. The cement around the outside was crumbling And the lawn was not mowed, the place looks dingy like it hasn’t been improved in quite a while. Many of the rooms have huge handicap things around the toilet so it’s tough to get to the toilet or to the shower. We decided not to stay here and hotels.com reimbursed half of our stay but I was not really satisfied with that. I hold them responsible for putting this on their website.

After 12 key cards, we finally got into our room 30 minutes later when someone from the desk came out and showed us how to properly jiggle the handle to get the room to open. I still dont know if the room was fully secured when we left. The bathroom was disgusting with stray long hair found in several places including the "fresh" towels. Poorly cleaned up mold on the wall was still present as well. I was simply staying for 2 nights while at an event, so I spent minimal time there. A more discerning person would have walked out and demanded their money back

Such A Kind Staff!

Such a long check-in due to computer problems, plus the fact that I had made the reservation with hotels.com instead of directly with the hotel (as I prefer to do). The amenities are few, but the stay was made pleasant by the exceptional attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff members (two fairly elderly women). One actually escorted us to the room to be sure it was to our liking! My special thanks to them for making the situation okay.

I checked in on Friday evening, As soon as we got there we noticed ants in the bathroom.I called and ask for some spray and offered to come get ,They said they would bring it.The whole weekend we had to deal with ants.By this time ants were all in the bathroom and grooming area.They never made it with the ant spray by check out Sunday.

Truck stop lizard central

I did not stay. I arrived around 9pm. The hotel looked like a truck stop. The name Wyndham was nowhere on the hotel when we pulled up. The rooms were old, mold in the bathroom and smelled like cigarettes. More of a motel then a hotel. The receptionist was understandable and extremely nice.

Staff was great at check in and check out. Room was quite disappointing and definitely not worthy of carrying a Days Inn or Wyndham badge. Had we not booked and already paid online, we would have left. Thank god it was only one night. There were so many cigarette burns in the bedspread that we gave up trying to count them all. All the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom is peeling off like sunburned skin and the ceiling in the room is not that much better. Only stay here is you have no other options. This is a very poorly maintained hotel. Rental properties in the ghetto are in better shape.

Originally booked a smoking room but the smell was so horrible, I called Expedia and they changed it to non-smoking. Well done from Expedia. The non-smoking room was fine, but the TV channels were not worth watching, and the AC was super loud. The balcony that surrounds all the rooms was a plus and the area was quiet. Overall, it was a good stay.
