1st room was unacceptable. They did not clean it. 2nd room was cleaned. They did fix the issue with no issues but when you arrive at your room and want to go to bed to find the sheets and such on the floor, you kinda get mad a bit. They deserved this three star

This was a sparkling clean room with friendly staff. We had been stuck in traffic for so long and booked a room where we had to go back 2 miles that we had just spent an hour sitting in traffic. I was ready to cry. After checking in and settling for the night, I knew it was the perfect place to be.

It's an interstate exit motel overlooking the truck stop and Denny's. It was surprisingly clean, but the noise ruined sleeping. The local "ladies of the evening" like to argue with their "boyfriends of the evening" right outside their doors. I had one on each side of my room, arguing until the early morning. Shortly after the arguments ended, the trucks at the truck stop started backing up and hooking to trailers. I'm not sure if these issues are connected, but they seemed to correlate.

It’s clean and was pretty quiet but it’s on a very dark end of a road I thought it was closed. My heat didn’t work. It was 61 in the room when I got in there and the thermostat said ERROR. I was too tired to go all the way around back to the office to switch rooms by the time I noticed so I dealt with it, I’m sure I would’ve been switched had I asked. Not a bad place.

This is a new hotel. The rooms are large and have wood flooring instead of carpet, which is very desirable. The bathroom was spacious. The beds and pillows were very good. The only thing missing was a breakfast of some sort, but there was a Denny's restaurant across the parking lot.

The hotel is very good and clean. The beds are comfortable. The room was updated recently. It is convenient located. In the middle of night the smoke alarm was screamed twice, woke us from deep sleep. When we checked out I asked the front desk about the reason and we were told some people were smoking in the room despite the facility is smoke free. Maybe it was a one-time incidence should not be counted as negative.

Parking was convenient a n d secure. There is need for a ramp near the accessible rooms to get off the curb. There should be a trash can in the bedroom, not just the one in the bathroom. There is no luggage rack in the room, which leaves no choice but to lay suitcases on the floor to open and use. The room is very clean, the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The heat register is too loud for sleeping.
