On the water without the typical "beach house" decor, this place is one of a kind with it's southwest styling and charm. Bring your water toys, dock at our 160ft pier and maximize all the area has to offer. Winter time sunrises and coffee are a perfect pairing. Enjoy the areas waterfront dining, bars, nightlife or sit on the veranda and watch the areas bald eagles, other wildlife and passing vessels. Light a campfire in the backyard and tantalize your senses - fire & water for a true private beach experience like none other. Life is good here.
