The pool area was great, the staff were polite and helpful. The bar and restaurant were good. This part of the hotel had a really welcoming vibe. The bedroom was a huge disappointment. The bed was uncomfortable, the furniture, old and worn, the carpet, questionable. The noise from neighbouring rooms and also the noise rising up from the pool area meant that it was difficult to relax. The bathroom, was tiny, it had multiple panels which appear to have been fastened to the walls to cover who knows what. It is very dated and much in need of renovation. We were really looking forward to our stay but were very disappointed.

When you close the door and put do not disturb on the handle. Its lovely that even if your not there your room is left until you require service. Most other hotels I've been at have a staff member knocking on the door and just ignoring the sign. When I go to a hotel for my week off. I dont want to be disturbed. Phone off and sleep and I dont have to worry about personal property or laptops act. Just one of thos places where ya think to yourself. Meah i could stay a few more days because you feel comfortable. Cheers Attrium
