The Aurea is in an excellent location. The rooms are very clean and well equipped with amenities. The staff are really nice - very helpful, professional and friendly.

Unfortunately the air conditioning did not blow cold air. Light switches unusual, needed to use phone torch to see what’s what on panel. We used hotel when going to show in kings Park. Very convenient walk to avoid parking hassles and would use again. No free to air television channels ?

The rooms were nice but very small. Liked the stairs being very accessible and not stuck behind a dingy door. Bus stops nice and close and frequent.

Stayed 1 night room was comfortable & clean Staff friendly, helpful & made you feel welcome Service & feel of a country hotel/motel Great rate for room, good breakfast, value for money Hope they don’t increase the tariff & remain friendly & helpful Highly recommend Parking can be tight Staff open to & welcome feedback Again highly recommend
