Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. We do try to be as transparent as possible online specifically stating "self parking available for a surcharge" and "In-room wireless internet access is available for a surcharge", further down under Fees, we list the prices. We do offer free wifi service in the lobby, and when you check in, we also offer for you to sign up for Wyndham Rewards, which not only allows you access to free in-room wifi, but allows you to collect points for each nights stay, which you can use towards free stays in your future. In the end, I believe we were able to accommodate everyone's parking request this last week. Wishing you all the best on your future travels.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. I've gone back through our files over the past 4 months and spoken with my staff, and I have no note from any of our guests during their check-in, stay or departure where a comment was made regarding a smell "like someone had pooped before we arrived" nor have I received a call regarding this nature. If ever you stay in a hotel in the future, and you are not satisfied with your accommodation or have any questions or concerns, please address them with the staff immediately. This will give us the opportunity to make any changes, fix the problem and ease any discomfort you may have experienced to allow us to give you the best possible stay in our beautiful little boutique hotel.
