I was not informed before arriving that I needed to book parking AND when parking was available on only one night I had to pay an extra $20 per night for it. I also had to pay for wifi access.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. We do try to be as transparent as possible online specifically stating "self parking available for a surcharge" and "In-room wireless internet access is available for a surcharge", further down under Fees, we list the prices. We do offer free wifi service in the lobby, and when you check in, we also offer for you to sign up for Wyndham Rewards, which not only allows you access to free in-room wifi, but allows you to collect points for each nights stay, which you can use towards free stays in your future. In the end, I believe we were able to accommodate everyone's parking request this last week. Wishing you all the best on your future travels.

Hotel manager very rude and unhelpful on follow up call. I would like to speak with someone but can’t get anyone else to phone back. Room smelt like someone had pooed before we arrived. Will not go back!!

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. I've gone back through our files over the past 4 months and spoken with my staff, and I have no note from any of our guests during their check-in, stay or departure where a comment was made regarding a smell "like someone had pooped before we arrived" nor have I received a call regarding this nature. If ever you stay in a hotel in the future, and you are not satisfied with your accommodation or have any questions or concerns, please address them with the staff immediately. This will give us the opportunity to make any changes, fix the problem and ease any discomfort you may have experienced to allow us to give you the best possible stay in our beautiful little boutique hotel. We wish you all the best on your future travels.

Nice bed, but missing the mark

Pros: Clean
Cons: Fresh milk, provide a minibar, include internet access.
Stayed here as my usual place was booked out. Bed was comfy, though it was one of those "two singles zipped together" deals that meant you couldn't sprawl across the entire bed with comfort. While the room was clean, it lacked some of those touches that make the stay complete - no box of tissues for this hay fever sufferer, nothing in the fridge except one of those tiny cartons of UHT milk, no minibar, and - I can't believe hotels still do this - payment plans for internet access. This place targets business travellers, and lack of "free" internet is just silly. Hope my regular place is free next time I stay in Perth.

Surprising Gem

Pros: Friendly staff, new furnishings, big comfy bed - modern!
Cons: n/a
Location: West Perth is nearby, the CBD a CAT ride away
A great Saturday night stay at the Ramada - the lack of parking when there is an AFL match on is an issue, but it's right opposite a Red Cat bus stop, and the very nice Villa D'Este is just up the road

Great hotel close to stadium.

Pros: Unit size and facilities
Location: Nice café next door for breakfast, good pub/restaurant just down the road. Walking distance to many businesses and to the Subiaco stadium.
I booked online and my main criteria was being within walking distance to the stadium for a concert. What a very pleasant surprise! The staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The unit itself was huge and while I was expecting a standard motel there was a kitchen, lounge, dining room and separate bedroom. Plus joy of joys, two toilets!! Would stay there again.
