Enter into a foyer with wide stairs leading up to the left and one of the King bedrooms to the right with a semi-ensuite (also accessible from the main living area), a desk, and a TV. While the wide hallway and living areas have beautiful hardwood floors, the bedrooms are carpeted for your comfort.
At the back of the home is the large open-plan living area, where youโre bound to spend much of your time. The kitchen is well-equipped, sleek, and modern, with stone waterfall-edged benches and stools at the island, perfect for breakfast. Everything youโll need for an extended stay with a large family is provided, including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, integrated microwave, and coffee machine. Off the kitchen is a full laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The kitchen overlooks the dining area and lounge. The dining suite seats at least 8, with one side having a bench seat, and the gorgeous lounge room has two comfortable sofas in front of the feature gas fireplace. Tasteful ornaments and artworks provide a designer touch.
Wide sliding glass doors open out to the covered timber deck, which houses another dining suite for six. Enjoy using this terrific space with its built-in stainless steel outdoor kitchen and beautiful timber ceiling, while the children make use of the lawned area at one end. Cafe lighting strung across it adds warmth and romantic character.
Off the main living area is the theatre room. The owners have made this space a wonderful drawcard for families spending time together during a holiday. Six super-comfy seats face the large TV. Make some popcorn and set up a favourite family movie after dinner. This is what memories are made of!
