Usually very good stay here - At least twice a year. Rooms still relatively clean and in good condition but elevators were out of action for over an hour (so it was 930 at night) No access to rooms. Last time i stayed elevators had a problem too.

Horrible smell in our room. Smelled like an old urine, musky smell. Outdated rooms now for the price. Staff were really helpful though

Hotel is reasonable for the price. The area surrounding the hotel feels like the rough end of town near the courts. However, it’s a close walk to the swan river and Elizabeth quay which is really nice.

Central to great shopping, parking entry access is a little narrow. No safe smoking area was a big let down, leaving the hotel for a smoke made it an uncomfortabe stay.

We requested the hotel to provide room cleaning and arrange 2 x single bed in one room one day. When I returned to my apartment in the evening, the door at balcony was found full-open, and bug and flies were in the apartment. In addition, the bath room did not provide hot water continuously. My family found getting hot water for 1 few second and then cold water in the shower. The light in the bedrooms is too dark. The toilet door lock is mis-aligned with the frame and very diffiicult to close completely. In overall, the apartment is required to refurbish the facilities.
