Much loved family beach house. So many happy memories and now it’s your turn to make happy memories. Beautifully renovated beach shack only 3 minutes stroll to the beach. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Family friendly and pet friendly. Pool table and games for all the family. Easy walk to the beach or short drive to the estuary and room to park a boat if you need. Lovely Falcon Bay just around the corner for swimming and the amazing breakfast and coffees from the Falcon Bay cafe. PLEASE NOTE: The property still has some minor cosmetic renovations to be completed like skirting boards and painting, however the kitchen and bathrooms are fully renovated and so are the bedrooms.

Very nicely decorated with great communication from the owners who were very accommodating with the late check out. All utensils were of top quality. We new when booking that it was still under renovations and accepted this however the price did not match the current presentation but we are sure once it is finished it will be. The air conditioning in the living areas is insufficient and there is no air conditioning/fans in the bedrooms. Unable to access anything other Chanel 7 and 9 on tv. The hot tub was non existent. Overall we think it has great potential but was lacking for the price we paid.

Cute beach house!
Beautifully renovated beach house in a quiet neighbourhood just a short walk to the beach. Close to the Miami shops and only a short drive to other shops in Halls Head and Mandurah. Plenty of comfy beds and couches to relax on. The pool table was a big hit with our kids!

Great house in an ever greater location. A really short walk from the beach and just around the corner from some great restaurants and shops. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and the house is perfect for families. Look forward to staying there again.

Great base for exploring the Peel region. Lots to see and do- beaches, nature walks, wineries, markets and much more. Emma is a great host and her house is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Loved having lots of sitting areas inside and out.
