When we arrived in our room my wife saw a set of contact lenses on the bedside table, open packet of mentors Paint peeling on window seals, rust marks in grout in bathroom ,spar didn't work, Then we had dinner at the Irish bar due to main restaurant closed I had the chicken parmi - the chicken was half the size of the coating and it was hard like rubber, my wife had the barramundi that was mushy Staff seamed to have a no care factor, waiter said I'll inform the chef WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE That night out was out 19th wedding Anniversary

It is a good hotels hotel - room service, gym, restaurants, 24 hours check in etc. Parking is pretty good in the area, lots of cheap street parking although no reliable hotel parking is a little annoying. Only criticism is that the value vs quality of the food (especially room service) is pretty awful. I don't even pay for my own food when I travel and I'll still avoid it. Over priced and poorly prepared most of the time.
