Private Mindarie Retreat with Garden Views, walking distance to Marina & Shops

This is a completely private suite with its own entrance and well lit walkway around to the courtyard & main entrance to the property. Guests have access if they choose to a pool area which is shared by us in the main house. Otherwise you can relax in your own outdoor lounge & dining area.

Your suite is a nice light & bright space with beautiful garden views out every window. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, and washer/dryer. Washing liquid is provided as well as an iron and ironing board.

There is a large spacious bedroom with queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom & walk-in robe. There is a single trundle bed to use for a child. The bathroom has the essential toiletries provided as well as a hair dryer and GHD straightener.

The lounge has a fold out sofa to suit two people as well as a large flat screen TV with Apple TV, a DVD player and access to Netflix & Stan. NBN wifi is included and there is a printer with printing, scanning & photocopying facilities for you to use. There is a cupboard full of board games, cards & puzzles as well as books to read at your leisure.

This suite is a short walking distance to all conveniences, including the Marina, beach, Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, and Basil's fine foods deli.
