Our room 2033 was on the corner of Brighton Rd and West Coast Highway. The traffic noise was bad first thing in the morning and even late at night after 10pm with noise from bikes in large groups and other car traffic.

Probably needs a renovation. Be prepared for a $300 hold charge that is more expensive than the basic room and no mini bar to justify it. Service basic.

Curtains need replacing - had holes and not able to sleep in - not dark enough Room was very tired and 80s vibe - bed and pillows sub standard - not comfortable - at least invest in some good pillows - no tissues - had to do own dishes - 1 x milk sachet - not a great experience for our special occasion wedding anniversary

Room is immaculate, the checkin and checkout service excellent. Facility's very impressive for the cost/night. My annoyance was having late checkout, yet someone was knocking continuously on my door before my confirmed checkout time. I had to get out of my "relaxing bath' and open the door!!
